5 Linx - What It is and What it isn't

5 Linx combines the power of network marketing with the telecommunications industry to allow you the opportunity to build a residual income from helping others save money on their everyday phone, tv and other communications products with a start up cost of about $499 plus any monthly fees you choose to pay for addon packages. You will be required to get at least 4 customer points within your first 30 days - otherwise your sponsor will not get the hefty signup bonus.

5 Linx is based in Rochester, NY and was started in March 2001 - by 3 people. The office currently has over 80 employees and they are undergoing rapid expansion - they have grown so fast - they are building a 50,000 sq ft building to move into later on this year.

If you would like more information on 5-linx - feel free to visit the websites above. We do not recomend 5 Linx as a home based business. We were members but stopped promoting it shortly after joining as we did not feel it was ethical to ask people for about $500 just to be able to be in the business. The start up fee does include a training manual, a few brochures and a DVD. However we felt that about $500 for that was too much. In addition a marketing website and access to downline information reports is about $30/month and counts as 2 customer points.

I absolutely love 5 linx! My husband and I are doing very well with the company. Tell me what business does not cost money to start. THINK LIKE AN ENTREPRENUER and not an EMPLOYEE and you will be extremely successful.

Tracee glad you and your husband love it. We felt that $500 to join a company for what they offered was not in line with our values.

Anyone looking to promote cell phones, voip, and satelite tv can find a wide range of free to join affiliate programs where you will get more than you do through 5-linx with no startup fees.

A Telecommunications Service Provider or TSP is a type of Communications Service Provider that has traditionally provided telephone and similar services.

While some people use the terms Telecom Service Provider and Communications Service Provider interchangeably.

TSPs provide access to telephone and related communications services. In the past, most TSP's were government owned and operated. in most countries, due to the nature of capital expenditure involved in it. But today there are many private players in most regions of the world, and even most of the government owned companies have been privatized.

The Deregulation or Privatization of Telecom Service providers first happened in the United States with the break up of the Bell System.
